Sprint phones on Boost Mobile $50 Plan
By Techteen
Boost mobile service on Sprint phones.
Want a Smart phone but, don't want to pay the price of service plan that most smart phones have. Well Now that Boost mobile is using the cmda service more with there three new phones you can get boost service on some sprint phones. I will tell you how to do it.
- You will have to buy a boost mobile cdma phone.(which are the boost phones with out walkie talkie like the Sanyo Incognito.)
- You have to activate your account with boost at the store you buy it at or call them yourself.
- After your phone is activated and working you can purchase one of these sprint phones that are Confirmed to work with boost mobile:
- (The sprint phone you get must have a clean esn. New phones from the store have clean esn. When buying used ask the seller if it is.)

4. After buying the phone the easiest way to switch your plan to this one is to go to sprint.com and make 2 accounts with the Boost Phone number. Then log into the first account and find where it says activate new phone. Enter the MEID of the phone which would be phone which would be found on either behind the battery or in the settings of the phone.
5. You should them be finished with the and the phone should work. If the phone has any problems DO NOT call boost mobile. Sprint phone are not supposed to be used with boost so don't ask them. Just search your problem online.

Hey man, did you get sleepy during the last 2 paragraphs? what does " enter MEID which would be phone which would be found on either" mean? also " you shound theM be finished with the and the phone should work.." help me out here.
what if you ever want to switch back to the boostmobile phone can you
the MEID is the number the phone is issued to. it is found behind the battery of the phone. you can switch back to boost if you like but Boost phones really do suck!
As of around April 11th, 2010 the ability to manage your phone and swap ESNs on Sprint.com no longer works.
you dont have to do it this way all you have to do is call boost mobile and tell them the fone you bought broke or was lost and you have a phone sprint phone laying around the house and want to activate it i had no problem getting mt htc touch pro switched nor my tp2 all i did was ask nicely and they did it no problems at all
You don't even have to make up a story! I called Boost, with a Sprint-branded Samsung Rant in hand, said I wanted to change handsets on the account b/c mine was old but and that I hadn't succeeded when I tried online. I gave them the DEC number, they walked me through a few quick steps that included cycling the power, and that was that.
ARE YOU ABLE TO CALL IN AND TELL THEM YOU HAVE A HTC TOUCH PRO 2 AND GIVE THEM THE DEC NUMBER AND HAVE EVERYTHING WORKING ON THE PHONE OR ARE YOU LIMITED TO WHAT WORKS IN THE PHONE

Can you then return the Boost Mobile phone back? Or will you lose your Boost mobile phone number if you do so?
